Aging process |
Aged in French oak barrels between 8 – 12 months. After that the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle from 6 – 12 months before is released for the markets. Aging in the bottle implies evolution and refinement of the wine. |
Wine making process |
The grapes go through a first selection in the vineyards, and a second selection is made in the winery. Later the grains are destalked, and the juice is obtained through a very gentle crush. The maceration process lasts between 15 - 20 days. The final alcoholic fermentation is made in stainless steel tanks. |
