Aging process |
The aging is made in French and American new oak barrels between 14 - 16 months. After the wine is bottled is aged in the bottle for 12 months. Aging in the bottle implies evolution. and refinement of the wine. |
Wine making process | The grapes go through a first selection in the vineyards; a second selection is made in the winery. The grains are destalked, and the juice is obtained through a gentle crush. The malolactic fermentation is made in French and American new oak barrels. |
